As it seems out dated and very 90′s today, it was indeed an fresh indie venture into “educating while entertaining” young comic readers at the time. I’ve gone on to work as a artist illustrating well known characters from Mickey, Bugs, Scoobie, Bat Man, Wolverine and even Spidey…but all that pales in comparison to “Hip Hop Heaven”.

As in the past, I’m currently ‘rocking the boat’ with another attempt at introducing fresh African American characters to the silver screen via a 1920′s jazz/blues inspired cartoon called, “Indigo’s Soul”.
