Stuff so awesome, it made us squeal.
We tend to hear the same names over and over when it comes to top-notch illustrators. But fortunately for comic book fans, there’s a seemingly endless supply of talented artists who are turning out stunning work. Nuno Plati’s art bowled me over with its stylish, modern edge. The above portrait of Misty Knight is a eye-popping homage to Iron Fist, and it’s just one of several in the Lisbon, Portugal-based artist’s online gallery. Some of my favorites:
